Aburi Salmon Nigiri is a variation on the traditional Salmon Nigiri. Aburi-style salmon is flamed-torched salmon, which means that this sushi is not served completely raw, unlike other types of sushi. Aburi Salmon Nigiri is the flame-torched salmon laid upon a mound of sushi rice. In Wasabi, this nigiri also has salmon roe placed on top of the aburi-style salmon.
Effects In The Game (SPOILER)
The Aburi Salmon Nigiri when consumed by a dog in the game will re-roll for a new fur color within rare colors for the breed. This roll doesn't include gene-modifying sushi colors. This makes the Aburi Salmon Nigiri a favored roll with players in the game because it is way to make your favorite dog even more special quickly! The Aburi Salmon Nigiri can be purchased from the Oishii Sushi game shop at various times. This sushi was one of the original sushi added to the game at launch.
