The Dragon Roll is a maki-style sushi roll which is formed by using a bamboo mat. The Dragon Roll ingredients consist of sushi rice, nori (seaweed), shrimp tempura, cucumber, tobiko (fish eggs), and thinly sliced avocado. The Wasabi version also features black sesame seeds on top of the roll. The Dragon Roll is more modern Western-style sushi roll. It gets it name from how the sushi appears when displayed in a row on the plate. The avocado can look similar to green scales that you may find on a dragon.

Within the Wasabi game, when a Dragon Roll is consumed by a dog, that dog will immediately have all genetic disorders removed from their genes permanently. This makes the Dragon Roll one of the most desirable sushi in the game. The Dragon Roll can be purchased at the Oishii Sushi game shop at various times. The Dragon Roll is one of the original sushi included in the game at launch.
