Fried Ebi Nigiri is a Japanese sushi dish that consists of fried shrimp (shrimp tempura) placed on top of a mound of sushi rice with a piece of nori (seaweed) underneath or laying on top of the fried ebi. The Wasabi's version of this dish also features a mayo-based sauce on top of the fried ebi. Shrimp Tempura was inspired and influenced in Japan by the Portuguese residing in Nagasaki during the 16th century. Tempura roughly translates to "Ember Days", which refers to days when no meat is consumed. This crunchy delight is sure to have your Wasabi pups begging for more!

The Fried Ebi Nigiri when consumed by a dog in Wasabi Dog Sim will re-roll for a new fur color within any of the dog breed's colors. These include the common and rare colors the breed comes in naturally, but not the special sushi-modification colors. This sushi is most often used to create color variety in pedigree lines. This sushi can be purchased at the Oishii Sushi game shop at various times. The Fried Ebi Nigiri was one of the original sushi types in the game when the game launched.
