In the Wasabi Dog Sim Game, training is one of the most important aspects of producing valuable and well-rounded dogs. Each breed and individual dog will have various sports types they excel at. When training your dogs there are many things to consider to help you and your dog succeed and move on to winning show after show! Below are various tips and tricks on what to look out for when training your dogs.
How To Train[]
- Log into your Wasabi Dog Sim Game account.
- Within the top navbar, click on "Explore", then click on "Services".
- Once at the "Services" page, you will be able to see the "Training" section link. Click on that to the view the "Training" page.
- When on the "Training" page, you will see every type of sport available in the game on the lefthand side of the table. You can click on sports type you would like to train your dog in now. Your trainer recommends four sports you train your active dog in based on their certain stats. These recommendations are located under the "Select Sport To Train" header on the lefthand side of the screen.
- Once you have selected a sport type for your dog, click on the name of that sport. You may now move to the right-hand side of the screen to start training your dog.
- You can train dogs with toys or food items. Some dogs respond better to toys, while other prefer food. Some dogs simply don't care which you use.
- Then you will select where to train your dog and for how long you want to train them that session. If your dog is a beginner, it is better to start with shorter sessions in quiet areas. If your dog is more advanced, you will need to challenge them to make the most progress possible each session.
- Then click on "Train" button to start the training session and you will see the detailed results of your session pop up under the Train button and a small alert popup will appear telling you basic details about the session.
- Congratulations you trained your first dog! Now keep training them until they run out of energy for the day to achieve a higher level of training in that sport.
- In order to switch to a new dog easily, scroll up to the top of the page and you will see a dropdown with your dogs' names in it, click on the dog you would like to make your new active dog and you can begin training them next.
Training Levels[]
While training you will see that your dog starts at "Novice" level in whatever sport you have selected. Once you have completed Novice level of training, you will be able to more onto higher levels of training - however, this does not mean you can move onto higher ranked shows yet. Your dog will need to earn their Novice show title to move up to higher rank shows.
Your training level plays a role in your ability to earn show titles because you will need to complete the corresponding training level to gain that show title. In other words, you must do both: train and show your dogs to title them.
